MXC-TMA promotes the trimerization reaction of isocyanates to form a stable isocyanurate ring structure. This special chemical structure gives the foam material three core advantages: significantly improved thermal stability, the decomposition temperature can be increased by 30-50℃; excellent fire resistance, oxygen index can reach 26-28; excellent dimensional stability, volume change rate controlled within 1%.
In practical applications, we recommend the use of MXC-TMA in combination with amine catalysts, with the proportion controlled at 30-50% of the total catalyst. The product has a wide operating temperature range (15-35℃), is compatible with a variety of foaming agents such as HFC-245fa and HFO-1234ze, and can be used in conjunction with most polyether/polyester polyols and flame retardants.
